The forum came first, and it is still where most of the conversation happens. The site exists to take the parts of it worth keeping — what people tried, what changed, what it cost them — and put them somewhere a stranger can find.

He writes the interviews. The people in them are a deliberate mix: practitioners like Dr Mike Mew on mewing and facial development, and members who have spent years on this and will say plainly what worked and what did not. The questions are the ones asked in the community every week, put to someone with an answer.

He also ran the 2025 community survey, which asked 175 members what they had tried, what changed for them, and what they spent. It is the largest set of first-hand numbers anyone has published on this subject, and it exists because the community answered.

Dean is not a clinician, and that shapes how the work gets done rather than limiting it: where a question needs a doctor, the method here is to ask one, publish what they say, and put the research next to it. It is why anything on this site touching health carries a named reviewer where one has looked at it, and a disclaimer where the answer is see a doctor.
