2. User License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Looksmaxxing’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

In no event shall Looksmaxxing or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Looksmaxxing’s website, even if Looksmaxxing or a Looksmaxxing authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing on Looksmaxxing’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Looksmaxxing does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Looksmaxxing may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Looksmaxxing does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Looksmaxxing has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Looksmaxxing of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
8. Modifications
Looksmaxxing may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10. Age Requirements
Our forum and general website content are available to users who are at least 13 years old. Our paid Facial Analysis Service (see Section 11) is strictly limited to users aged 18 and over.
11. Facial Analysis Service
This section applies specifically to the paid Facial Analysis Service (“the Service”) offered by Looksmaxxing. These provisions are in addition to the general terms above and to our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer.
11.1 Age requirement – 18+
The Facial Analysis Service is available only to individuals aged 18 or over. While our forum is open to users aged 13 and above, this paid Service is strictly limited to adults. By purchasing the Service and submitting photographs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You must not use the Service, submit photographs, or purchase on behalf of anyone under 18. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any submission, and to issue a refund, where we are not satisfied this requirement is met.
11.2 What we collect
To provide the Service, we collect the photographs you submit and any information you provide about your goals and concerns. You must only submit photographs of yourself. You must not submit photographs of any other person.
11.3 How your photographs are handled
Photographs are submitted through a third-party form provider (Typeform) and stored on their secure servers, which are located in the United States and encrypted in transit and at rest. Your photographs are accessible only to Looksmaxxing personnel involved in producing your analysis.
11.4 What we do with your photographs
Your photographs are used solely to produce your personal facial analysis and plan. We do not use your photographs to train any algorithm or model, we do not sell or share them, and we do not use them for any purpose other than delivering your analysis.
11.5 Retention and deletion
We remove your photographs from our active systems within 30 days of delivering your analysis. Residual copies may persist in the form provider’s backup systems for a further period (typically up to 30 days), during which they are not accessed or used. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
11.6 Nature of the analysis – not medical advice
Your facial analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is a subjective assessment based on general aesthetic principles. It is not an objective measure of attractiveness, health, or worth, and it is not medical advice. Any mention of procedures, treatments, or products is informational only and is not a recommendation that you undergo anything. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making decisions about cosmetic or medical procedures. Our full Medical Disclaimer applies to the Service.
11.7 Refunds
Because the Facial Analysis Service is a personalised service produced specifically for you, the following applies:
- You may request a full refund at any time before we have begun producing your analysis — that is, before our team has started reviewing your submitted photographs.
- Once we have begun producing your analysis, the payment is non-refundable, as work has commenced on a personalised service made for you.
- If you have paid but not yet submitted your photographs, you may request a full refund at any time.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where a service is not provided with due care and skill or does not match its description. 11.8 Governing law
This Section 11 is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, consistent with Section 9 above.
