Orka joined the community in September 2024 and wasted no time making a name for himself.

By 17, he was self-injecting chin filler at 3am while his parents slept, filming the results, and posting everything publicly – mistakes included. In under two years he’s become one of the most active, most debated, and most referenced users in the scene.

In this interview, Orka opens up about what drove him to go further than most, what he’s learned along the way, and what he’s planning next. His experiences include anabolic steroid use, which carries serious health risks.

Interview Date: June 9th, 2026

Personal Journey & Origins

DR: How did you first discover the looksmaxxing community, and what was going on in your life at the time?

Orka: I first discovered the looksmaxxing community in late 2023, shortly after moving to Italy. At the time, I had gone from having an active social life to having very little social interaction, which left me with a lot of free time. I came across looksmaxxing content on social media and eventually joined several Discord communities centered around it.

What made these communities so appealing was how addictive they could be, especially for teenagers. Constantly receiving ratings and feedback from others created a strong sense of validation. Most of the time, I was rated as a mid or high low-tier normie, but every now and then someone would rate me as a low mid-tier normie.

Those occasional higher ratings were enough to keep me engaged and motivated to improve myself.

Within about three months, my self-confidence had become heavily tied to the ratings I received on Discord. As foolish as it sounds now, the opinions of strangers in those communities had a significant impact on how I viewed myself.

DR: You wrote about moving countries, switching to online school, refusing to speak to anyone, and replacing your entire social life with Discord. What was actually going on in your life that led to all of that?

Orka's forum post titled "How to completely derail and ruin your teenage life" describing his social isolation after moving countries

Orka: Haha I remember this post, I moved to italy in 2023 after living in Poland for 8 years, I had an active social life in Poland, hosting parties and going out with friends every few days. But that crashed the moment I arrived in Italy, I couldn’t speak the local language, did online school so my social interactions were limited to the staff at a bar I went to, and I went completely cold turkey on socializing.

This had a huge impact on my attitude towards Italy and how I saw myself.

The looksmaxx community was the first community I joined after moving, and thankfully, they had a blackpilled answer to why I wasn’t able to socialize: “You just aren’t good looking enough, good looking people get approached in public and don’t need to put effort into socializing”

Is what I was told countless times, at first it seemed silly, but the more blackpilled I became overtime, the more seriously I started to take this

DR: You mentioned that your confidence in your appearance completely crashed in September 2025 – and that’s when you became most active on the forums. What happened?

Orka: The validation that came from being overrated every once in a while started to become meaningless, whenever I’d get into arguments online my unfortunate appearance would get brought up, my social life still hadn’t changed since I moved there, and I looked at myself and realized I never did any significant looksmaxxing, even though by this point I was in the community for nearly 2 years.

I realized there was no respect in being called a low tier normie, was sick of it, and even my friends called me ugly prior to this point.

DIY Filler

DR: Take me back to your first chin filler session. 3am, parents asleep, injecting yourself alone. What was going through your head at the time?

Orka's forum guide to DIY chin filler with injection videos.

Orka: I discovered DIY Filler through youtube videos of qualified injectors doing it themselves, and thought to myself “if they can do it on themselves, and it doesn’t need general anaesthesia, what stops me from doing it too?”.

I did a month of research, and ran into another experienced user on a related forum.

He helped with my confidence in doing the injections, as he mentioned he had experience in the past. If you go back to the original chin filler thread I posted, you’ll hear him in the recordings telling me to “aspirate, aspirate”.

I was extremely nervous, this was my first time injecting anything into myself, I did practice runs with empty syringes just putting the needle in and taking it out, but it ended up being easier than I expected. I had no medical issues, everything was sanitized, and one major issue in my appearance was fixed overnight.

My thread on chin filler was one of the first threads published on the forum about DIY filler. It was briefly discussed in the past, but the threads I made popularized and inspired others to go through with it. I still get messages to this day from people thanking me for my guides and sending me their successful results, and I couldn’t be happier about it.

DR: You publicly updated your thread when your technique wasn’t perfect – wrong product, filler migrated. Not many people would have the confidence to own that publicly. What made you do it?

Orka: Yes, I believe if I’m documenting my journey, it’s important to document every aspect of it, mistakes included. I never ended up dissolving the filler, and just let it stay there, even though it didn’t produce the sharpness I wanted long term, but the mass that stayed gave me the chin projection I wanted, so I was happy.

Revolax SUB-Q is a better product than Revolax Deep for the results I wanted, so I felt the need to update the thread, since it got 25,000 views and hundreds of interactions, it would be dumb to let people follow the guide and make the same mistake I did.

DR: You clearly know the risks inside out – vascular occlusion, proper aspiration technique, having dissolver on standby. How did you go about building that level of knowledge before attempting it yourself?

Orka: Talking to experienced people has become more valuable than reading documents to me, I found members on subreddits and forums who had experience in things I was looking into.

When I couldn’t find experienced people, I would try a unique teaching method which worked wonders for me. I’d find a friend who knew little to nothing and get on a call to try to teach him the topic I was trying to learn.

I would finish the session once they were completely educated on the subject, this way I was forced to identify every gap in my own understanding. Any concept I couldn’t explain clearly became obvious, and the questions they asked often exposed assumptions I didn’t realize I was making.

It required me to simplify complex ideas and organize my thoughts. Discovering this method of learning helped me so much throughout my journey.

Looksmaxxing Journey

DR: Beyond filler, what other looksmaxxes have you done over the years, and what was the reasoning behind each one?

Orka: For my skin I’ve done accutane, tretinoin, hyaluronic acid and retinol, Accutane being the most successful of the four. I had some bad acne when I was 16 & 17 which I managed to fix thankfully, my skin is clear and healthy looking.

I’ve done a cycle of Testosterone Enthanate in the past, and I’m currently on my 2nd cycle. And I’ve done my own jaw & chin fillers. My current cycle is [REDACTED: specific dosages removed] of Testosterone Enthanate (Test E), [REDACTED: specific dosages removed] of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), and [REDACTED: specific dosages removed] of Human Growth Hormone (HGH).

The goal of these was to improve my physique. Neck width & Shoulder width are two traits that are seen as attractive by women, and are both traits that are severely underrated by the community, especially neck width.

DR: What does your current looksmaxxing routine actually look like day to day – what are you actively doing right now and why?

Orka: I do two Test E injections per week, two HCG injections a week, and one HGH injection daily. Then I take [REDACTED: specific dosages removed] of Accutane per day. For now my cycle is simple, as I’m focusing more on Cosmetic procedures.

I go to the gym a few times a week, but haven’t gotten around to making a solid plan for a while, so I just go whenever I feel like it, and thanks to the steroids I’m using, I’m gaining muscle mass even when I don’t work out.

Community & Reputation

DR: FUOTY finalist, thousands of reputation points, one of the most referenced users in the scene. What do you think it is about your content that resonates so much with people?

Orka: Ever since I joined the forum, I’ve been consistently active, with some highs but rarely any lows. My content is split almost exactly 50/50 in off topic subforums and looksmax related subforums, which means my content is shown to both members that want to sit and chat, and members that want to improve themselves. Splitting my content like this has definitely given me an outreach that most members with my post count don’t have, not to mention that people who focus on Looksmaxxing are more respected for avoiding drama.

DR: You’ve been vocal about wanting the community to be better i.e. more real discussion, less low-effort replies. What does a good looksmaxxing community actually look like to you?

Orka: It’s inevitable for there to be drama & shitposts on these forums, mostly because of the audience being primarily 14-18 year olds, which aren’t exactly known to be mature.

If a community wants to grow to 100,000+ members, like Looksmax.org, maintaining consistently high discussion quality becomes more challenging. Broad accessibility encourages growth, but it also means welcoming people with multiple different (often low) levels of knowledge, experience, and commitment.

On the other hand, a community that prioritises discussion quality over member counts could have stricter entry requirements. Things like experience, subject knowledge, and overall mindset may be considered before giving access. While this stops the community from growing rapidly, it also stops low quality discussions, repetitive threads & questions, and people who aren’t willing to put the work in and research themselves.

Mindset & Advice

DR: You’ve been deeply into this since you were a teenager. Looking back, what’s the most important thing the journey has taught you?

Orka: The method of learning I mentioned earlier will help me learn anything I want to in life, it’s one of the most valuable “skills” (if you can call it that”) that I’ve learned from this.

DR: For someone just getting into looksmaxxing – no idea where to start, overwhelmed by everything out there – what’s the one thing you’d tell them to focus on first?

Orka: Discipline, I could’ve gotten to where I am now in 1/4th of the time if I focused on disciplining myself first. You won’t get anywhere, both in looksmaxxing and life, if you aren’t disciplined enough to make yourself do the research, go to the gym, make your own steroid cycle, etc.

Once you’re disciplined and old enough, get on steroids, the side effects people talk about are easy to mitigate and the results you’ll get, both from facial masculinization and physique improvement, will be life changing.

If after steroids you’re not happy, look into cosmetic procedures, both DIY and professional ones. Filler & Botox are the main two procedures you can do at home, and things like rhinoplasty or implants help get rid of flaws that people DO judge you for.

Your appearance is a window into your lifestyle & personality, who wants to do business with a short balding man that wears neon clothes, when they can go to the tall attractive man wearing a suit.

DR: What advice would you give to someone who is considering filler for the first time?

Orka: It depends where really. I started with lower-risk regions before moving on to more complex areas.

At the end of the day, the only real reason I do my own filler is because the cost difference between clinic and DIY routes was a factor for me, and the gap becomes hard to ignore when you need a large volume. If someone can comfortably afford the professional route, or doesn’t need as much as I do, I’d always suggest going that way.

What’s Next

DR: You’re now doing looksmaxxing coaching, and you’ve got more procedures planned. What does the coaching look like, who is it for, and where can people follow you?

Orka: There’s people out there who don’t have 6-8 hours a day to spend on researching cosmetic procedures, how to fix issues, and more. I’m sharing my multiple years of experience in the field by offering consultations with people who reach out to me on forums (@Orka) or on tiktok & instagram (@Orkaism).

I help people figure out how to fix their insecurities, either in the form of an hour long voice call, or by creating a personalized document full of details about their face, what’s wrong with it, how to fix it and more. I try to keep my prices affordable since I know what it’s like to not have money & knowledge, but having the will to improve.

I hope to inspire more people to change their habits & lifestyle, become better looking, and becoming more intelligent.
